D.A.L at Greater Grace Church is our intentional pathway for developing kingdom leaders: Discover – Activate – Leadership Lab. Together, D.A.L moves people from simply attending church to actively building and leading in God’s house.

Step one · Discover
Discover GREATER GRACE is our 10-week discipleship track designed to help you move from just attending church to truly belonging, growing, serving, and living on mission.
Across four steps (101–401), you will discover who we are as a church family, how to grow strong in Christ Jesus by building an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit, how God has wired you to serve, and how to live on mission in your everyday life.
Format: Teaching, discussion, practical exercises, and simple assignments you can apply immediately in real life.
Learn our story, our vision, and what we believe. See what it really means to be planted at Greater Grace, understand our culture and values, and explore what it looks like to become a committed member of the house.
Go deeper in your personal walk with God. Be equipped with simple, practical tools for Bible study, prayer, worship, community, and living a holy life in a very loud generation — for a strong, steady, growing relationship with the Holy Spirit.
Discover your spiritual gifts, passions, and personality, and learn where you best fit on the Greater Grace Dream Team. We’ll introduce you to our ministries and help you take a clear next step into serving with joy and excellence.

By the end of Discover GREATER GRACE, you will know our heart, be stronger in your walk with God, be actively serving on a team, and be equipped to help others follow Jesus Christ. It’s the best next step for anyone who says, “This feels like home — what do I do now?”
Step two · Activate (Building)
Activate is the second step in the Greater Grace G3 pathway after Discover Greater Grace. It’s an intentional journey that forms your character, strengthens your foundations, and prepares you to serve and lead. Think of it as a “faith and life lab” where you learn to follow Jesus in every area of your life — not just on Sundays.
Rooted in Scripture, Activate will help you face real issues — anxiety, shame, addiction, relational pain, confusion about your calling — and respond with practical, Spirit-led steps. You’ll also be equipped to share your story, live on mission, and step into servant leadership roles in the house.

Step three · Lead
Leadership Lab is a 10-week leadership development journey for those who are already serving or sense a call to lead at Greater Grace Church. It is designed to grow your character, deepen your walk with God, and equip you with practical skills to lead people, teams, and ministries with excellence.
What you’ll experience
Each session includes teaching, discussion, practical exercises, and focused prayer.
Who Leadership Lab is for
The program
Called to follow before you lead.
Content: Biblical picture of leadership (servant leadership, stewardship, influence), Jesus’ model.
Practice: Share personal testimony; define “Why I lead at Greater Grace” in one sentence.
Who you are > what you do.
Content: Inner life, holiness, emotional health, guarding your life and doctrine.
Practice: Personal inventory (rhythms: Word, prayer, Sabbath, community); simple rule of life.
From generic serving to targeted assignment.
Content: Spiritual gifts, calling, how God shapes people through story and season.
Practice: Basic gifts assessment, testimonies in pairs, placing gifts against current roles.
You can’t lead others if you can’t lead you.
Content: Time management, priorities, boundaries, dealing with stress and discouragement.
Practice: Weekly schedule audit; “ideal ministry week” draft; accountability partner check-in.
From doer to multiplier.
Content: How to run a huddle, cast vision, give feedback, develop volunteers, build culture.
Practice: Role-play a 10-minute team huddle; practice encouragement + one coaching point.
Healthy leaders create healthy teams.
Content: Clear communication, listening, resolving conflict, handling offense biblically.
Practice: Simple conflict scenario; practice the “listen–clarify–respond–pray” framework.
Leaders think beyond Sunday.
Content: Basics of planning, delegation, checklists, follow-up, caring for people over time.
Practice: Build a simple plan (for a service, event, or group semester) with roles and timelines.
Leaders raise leaders.
Content: Leadership pipeline vision, spotting potential, the “I do / you watch → you do / I watch” model.
Practice: Name 1–2 people you will intentionally develop over the next 6–12 months and map next steps.

For enrolled students
For enrolled Discover students. Request access once; after the Greater Grace team approves you, sign in to fill in your workbooks online, take the quizzes and final exam, and watch the class videos, in any language. Everything saves as you go.
